The Richard Krogh Industrial Park is a 26 acre site with infra structure in place. The site is also designated as a TIF financing district and financing is available through the Osakis Community Loan Fund at West Central Initiative. Current residents of the Industrial Park are Osakis Printing, Lind-Rite Precision, Inc., Maus Fabrication and a storage unit. The Industrial Park was developed and paid for by funds raised through the Osakis Economic Development Corp. and donated to the Economic Development Authority to secure tenants.
